Advanced Lumitech, Inc. d/b/a Brightec, Files Form 10-KSB for 2005
Creator of the World’s First Photographic Quality Glow in the Dark Paper Files Form 10-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission

South Natick, Mass. — June 8, 2006 - Advanced Lumitech, Inc., d/b/a Brightec (ALDU.PK) creator of the world’s first photographic quality glow-in-the-dark paper, today announced that it has filed its Form 10-KSB for the year 2005.

“To be viable in the commercial marketplace, it is essential that we continue our research and development efforts towards the goal of lowering our product cost, and then subsequently build inventory to meet customer demand,” said Patrick Planche, President and CEO of Brightec. “Having working capital will help us achieve these objectives and should also make it possible to secure long-term funding in the future.”
