Policy

Brightec wants you to be satisfied with its products and service. You may return any unused product purchased from Brightec.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We process refunds within one week of receipt of returned merchandise and will notify you by email when the refund has been completed. Please allow ample time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

We do not guarantee unprinted product that has been shipped out of the US or Canada without prior authorization from Brightec, Inc.
